amoux

A behavioural science firm applied to brand and business. The first neuromarketing firm in the Middle East and Australia — diagnosing the human problem beneath every business symptom for governments, enterprises, and ventures across the GCC.

Amoux is a firm, not an agency or a consultancy. Eight integrated divisions operate as one: Advisory, Agency, Labs, Engineering, Production, Institute, Ventures, and Foundation. Behavioural science is the load-bearing structure beneath every recommendation. The firm has operated for seven years at full capacity, never marketed, driven entirely by referral.

Founded by Awn Lababidi. Headquartered in Amman, Jordan. Active operations in Dubai (UAE), Doha (Qatar), and Sydney (Australia). Primary commercial focus: the Gulf Cooperation Council region — UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan.

What Amoux does

Amoux engages clients in four ways:

  • Blueprint — a six-to-eight-week diagnostic that produces a plan, not a pitch

  • System Build — three-to-six-month multi-division execution toward a defined commercial outcome

  • Enterprise Architecture — a six-to-eighteen-month operating system across all eight divisions with capability transfer

  • Managed Retainer — ongoing dedicated capacity working to quarterly OKRs

The eight divisions

  • Advisory — Brand strategy, business advisory, market entry, governance

  • Agency — Brand identity, communications, integrated campaigns, PR

  • Labs — Neuromarketing, consumer psychology, behavioural research

  • Engineering — Digital platforms, AI personalisation, automation

  • Production — Design, photography, film, print, event activation

  • Institute — Leadership programmes, organisational culture, capability transfer

  • Ventures — Venture design, investor readiness, partnership structuring

  • Foundation — Purpose strategy, ESG frameworks, sustainability, impact measurement

Who Amoux works with

  • Governments and institutions running national-scale communications

  • Enterprises and corporate groups repositioning for the next decade

  • Growth-stage ventures past product-market fit

Amoux declines work with organisations whose growth strategy depends on harm to customers or employees.
