Amoux Company is the first neuromarketing agency in the Middle East. We use neuroscience, psychology and AI to craft brands, create experiences and building marketing strategies that deliver ethical, effective and sustainable results. 

Our Amman office is expanding, and we need an enthusiastic and determined Junior Marketing Associate to join our team and be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. This is a hands-on role that is packed with plenty of psychology, innovation and fun.

Responsibilities:

• Help develop marketing strategies based on Neuromarketing insights

• Collaborate with other team members on projects as needed, and ensure all projects and jobs are delivered on brief and on time.

• Create Neuroworks; content powered by psychology, neuroscience and AI.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and the marketing teams of your accounts.

• Resolve any concerns or areas of client dissatisfaction.

• Collect and present monthly reports and learnings to our clients.

• Conducting market research about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.

• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.

• Assist in analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies.

• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.

• Think strategically, beyond your immediate role – look for opportunities and solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field

• Passion for Neuromarketing and consumer behavior, with a strong interest in applying psychology principles to marketing research

• Familiarity with research methods and statistical analysis

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Proficiency in ChatGPT, Canva, Microsoft Office and other relevant software

This is a full-time position with an unpaid training period of 2 weeks and a paid probation period of 3 months. As a member of the Amoux team, you will work alongside experienced Neuromarketing professionals and gain valuable skills and knowledge in this exciting field.
