Job Description: Seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Artist to join our team at Amoux. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record in creating compelling visual content. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ brand presence and delivering powerful, emotion-driven messages that leverage the principles of neuromarketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print media.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and neuromarketing teams to develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns.

  • Design sophisticated marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, banners, and advertisements.

  • Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all design projects, maintaining a high standard of quality.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and deliver tailored, impactful solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and neuromarketing technologies to continually bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

  • Mentor and guide junior graphic artists, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

  • Assist in the creation of visual content for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns, with a focus on neuromarketing principles.

  • Prepare and optimize graphics for web and print, ensuring high quality and efficient production.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively.

  • Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.

  • Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

  • Motion graphics and video editing skills are an advantage.

  • Experience with neuromarketing concepts and techniques is highly desirable.
