Mid-Level Graphic Designer
We're hiring a mid-level graphic designer to join Amoux — a branding, marketing, and experience consultancy working across the region and beyond.

About the role
You'll design across brand identity systems, campaigns, presentations, social, packaging, and editorial. You'll work directly with strategists, copywriters, and creative leadership on real projects with real clients. Small team. Senior-weighted. Your work will ship.

Experience
• 3–6 years of professional design experience • A strong portfolio across identity and campaign work • Agency or consultancy background preferred

Hard skills
• Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Figma proficiency for design systems and collaborative workflows • Strong typography fundamentals — type pairing, hierarchy, custom type basics • Layout and grid systems across print and digital • Brand identity development — logo systems, visual languages, guideline documentation • Presentation design (Keynote / PowerPoint / Figma) at a professional standard • Working knowledge of print production and pre-press • Basic motion or animation skills (After Effects or similar) is a plus • Bilingual design (Arabic/English typography) is a plus, not a requirement

Soft skills
• Clear thinker — can explain why behind every design decision • Receives feedback well without taking it personally, defends ideas with evidence • Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable in client rooms when needed • Time management — juggles multiple projects without dropping standards • Collaborative by default, independent when the work calls for it • Curious — asks the question before assuming the answer • Resilient under deadline pressure without becoming difficult to work with
