Job Description: As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Amoux Company, you will be at the forefront of integrating traditional and modern digital marketing with the innovative principles of neuromarketing. Your role will involve developing emotionally resonant campaigns that captivate and motivate our target audiences, enhancing brand visibility and impact for our diverse clientele, which includes L’Occitane, Al Ameed, JH and Qahwa BLK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and branding strategies, encompassing everything from visual identity to digital presence.

  • Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns, optimizing them for maximum effectiveness.

  • Conduct neuromarketing-based research to inform campaign strategies and content creation.

  • Handle a number client accounts, including communication.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content that sparks feelings, memories, and sensory experiences.

  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new marketing opportunities.

  • Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using neuromarketing insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing channels.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in neuromarketing, digital marketing, and relevant technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Psychology, or related field.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for experience in neuromarketing or related fields.

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

  • Experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns on Google, Ads Manager and other platforms.

  • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Experience in creative content creation and neuromarketing research methods.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, coupled with a creative mindset.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
