Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client accounts, coordinating projects, and supporting the account management team to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in account management and client services within a forward-thinking agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the account management team in day-to-day client interactions and relationship building.

  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion of campaigns.

  • Support the development of proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings.

  • Maintain and update client records, project documentation, and communication logs.

  • Conduct market research and gather data to support account managers in strategy development.

  • Facilitate communication between internal teams (creative, media, research) to ensure alignment on project goals and deadlines.

  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of client meetings, including agenda setting and minute taking.

  • Handle client queries and requests, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in account coordination, client services, or a similar role in a marketing or advertising agency.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing trends.

  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
